As part of the promotion for the WWE SummerSlam 2017 pay-per-view event to be held this Sunday, August 20, Braun Strowman gave an interesting interview where he talked about his relationship with Vince McMahon .
The same was obtained by the reporter Scott Fishman of the web site TV Insider and next we reproduce some of the most outstanding of the same one on these subjects:
About your opinion of The Big Show:
“The fight I had against him continues to be one of my most special fights. Going out there and doing what the Big Show and I did together. I’m going to play it and I’ll say you’ll never see something like that in our business again.
“And that’s because there are no more men like us in our business. We are the last of an endangered race. I am keeping the big man alive in our business and evolving into what you are seeing right now with Braun Strowman’s character.
“I showed the world a look, because you guys have only seen a small light of what I can do. It was a great time for me to go out there and have this kind of fight with Big Show .
About his working relationship with his boss, Vince McMahon :
“Vince (McMahon) has been inflexible with the fact that all the things I do on television must be at their perfect point, and when they are not as he wants it, I know it. That is part of the reason why I take pride in what I do and give 100 percent of what I am able to give.
“That’s because I know that not only are millions of fans watching us to make sure we’re doing what we’re supposed to do, but the boss himself is also looking. He is so practical and always wants me to be giving my best performance at all times.
“I always go out and work as hard as I can. I put my body into play every night. I do not care what fight you are with or who you are working with. I go out there and do all the best I can. Fans are starting to see that. They feel that I want to give the best I can for them because I am there to entertain them. “
And when Strowman says he “knows when Vince something does not seem right” , really he knows, because as revealed by Mick Foley , Strowman was shouted in front of several people in Backstage by McMahon saying “title shot” ( “title shot” ) instead of “title match” ( “title match” ) on television during Monday Night Raw .
