Dolph Ziggler’s Brother Awaiting Sentencing For Homicide

Today is a month since WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler has not reappeared on WWE TV programming and the reason is because he is on a leave of absence to a delicate personal situation that is happening.
And, as we reported here in SUPER STRUGGLES , the 30-year-old’s younger brother, Donald Nemeth , is currently on a jail home loan and waiting to be sentenced for homicide.

This was revealed in the most recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter , the important journalist Dave Meltzer :

“On July 28, 2017, Donald Nemeth, 30, the younger brother of Dolph Ziggler and another WWE exponent, Ryan Nemeth, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated robbery, abduction and manslaughter in the death of Joshua Mascol, 34, in what police believe was a drug business that went awry.

“Police believe that Nemeth and Jack King, 52, attempted to rob Mascol while making a drug deal at the University Hotel and Suites facility on Euclid Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. A fight took place between the two men and Mascol and this one received three bullet impacts in the hall of the University Hotel and Suites.

“The hotel’s surveillance cameras showed Nemeth and King. Both men will be sentenced on August 28, 2017. Prosecutors had asked the judge to ban any mention in Dolph Ziggler’s court as it was irrelevant to the case and mentioning it would distract jurors from evidence. Nemeth and King pleaded guilty to the count of involuntary manslaughter before the trial that began July 31. “

Yesterday, Aug. 3, Dolph Ziggler posted a photo on his official Instagram account where he appears along with his brother Ryan on the left and with Donald in the middle, who is wearing a home ankle bracelet on his left leg :

Added to this, in recent weeks it has been rumored in social networks that Dolph Ziggler is very annoyed and frustrated with WWE and would seek to go to Japan with the company New Japan Pro Wrestling when his contract ends , as it could have escaped to Shinsuke Nakamura :
