There are still echoes of Samoa Joe’s intense fight against Brock Lesnar in the past red-hot PPV of the Great Balls of Fire.
Recently Samoa Joe gave an interview where his humility is expressed when speaking about the Incarnate Beast, Brock Lesnar, here part of the commentary:
“Not many people mess with Brock Lesnar like I did. Brock is as intimidating as you imagine he would be, but twice. No, I mean, it’s a shaved gorilla, it’s just that it’s stronger than any other. Not even he realizes how strong he is, I mean he has achieved great control, but he really is “The Beast”, he is a huge guy.
“When you get into the ring and you’re going to get into it with Brock Brock you’re not going to work on a lot of things, you’re going to want to leave and you’re going to want to get out of the ring. So Brock is not a guy you can pre-plan at all, man, so you have to go out there and do it. For some people it expels them, but for me, it was like: if we are going to take out the garbage, we will take out the garbage.
“Honestly, I had to prepare a lot for Brock, and he was realizing that he’s basically a bigger Kurt Angle.”

Undoubtedly the analogy that makes Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle gives much to say. What do you think? Is Samoa Joe right?
